With over 20 years of experience working in some of the finest restaurants in the world, from France’s Cote d’Azur, to New York to Tahiti, most recently Dirk was Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg, South Africa, before joining Wild Carrot on Hampshire pastures.
Dirk brings to Wild Carrot signature dishes that reflect his culinary journey and experiences, harmoniously sitting alongside Chef Adam’s contemporary take on British classics.
Hampshire boy born and bred, Chef Adam takes a modern approach to classical cooking, embracing the fantastic local, seasonal produce readily available in Hampshire and nearby counties, transforming delicious British classics into his very own creations.
From our hosts and waiters, our chefs, mixologists and sommeliers, our team is passionate and dedicated to delivering a seamless culinary experience to always remember. From our Bar Manager James, a Hampshire boy born and bred, who joined us as a food-runner when he was only a teenager, to Hostess Arielle, who joined us all the way from San Francisco, to charmingly welcome our guests into Wild Carrot, each one of our team members is at hand with expert knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience.
